Return & Refund Policy (Korea)

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please read the following guidelines carefully:


🔹 Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.


🔹 Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.


🔹 Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns within Korea, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • For defective or incorrect items sent by mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost.


🔹 Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

🔹 Return Policy for EU Customers

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be sent to our return address in South Korea.


🔹 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must provide proof within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the item and its packaging. Once verified, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

Please note that we do not offer a refund for damaged items unless a replacement is not possible.


🔹 International Returns

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by returning items from overseas. Due to the high cost of international shipping, we are unable to cover return shipping fees for international orders.


If you wish to request a refund, please send the item back to us at your own expense. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Please note that the price of your order already includes a portion of the shipping cost to your country. We appreciate your consideration regarding international returns.

If you wish to return a product, please request the return address from us either via the return form or by email.
