Shipping, Returns & Taxes Policy


 

SHIPPING:

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase, pending product availability and payment verification.

 

 Domestic Shipping (within Korea):
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the shipping date. Delivery to Jeju Island may take 3-5 days.

 

 International Shipping:
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures. Please note that shipping times may vary, but we do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

 

All international orders are shipped with EMS (Express Mail Service), which provides reliable tracking all the way to your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
Once an order has been scanned and delivered by the carrier, tteri is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

However, if for any reason we cannot ship to your country due to restrictions, we’ll issue you a full refund.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We accept returns on all full-priced items, including clothing, accessories, within 14 days of delivery receipt.
Returned items must be:
 • in original condition,
 • unworn, unwashed, and unaltered,
 • with all original tags attached.
Items marked as “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

 

 Domestic Returns (Korea): Returns must be requested through our email/return system/portal. If you experience any issues, please contact us at (tteri.kr@gmail.com)

 

 • International Returns: Must be approved by our team before shipping. Costumers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Please email us at (tteri.kr@gmail.com) with your order number and return details to request a return.

Please note:
 • Costumers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees will not be refunded.
 • Refunds or exchanges may take up to 7 business days to process. A confirmation will be sent via email once your return has been completed.
 • No price adjustments will be made for previous purchases.
 • All items purchased during sale or promotional periods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


DUTIES & TAXES:
Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes and duties.
 • For international orders: once your package arrives in your country, the carrier may charge applicable import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
 tterri is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
